About Scott
13 years ago, I started my handyman business with just a few customers and built the business to just over 300 back in Colorado, and have been a trusted handyman helping people manage both home and small business maintenance needs From small to medium-sized improvement projects ever since.
Over the past 13 years, I have had the opportunity to work with some outstanding homeowners and realtors and have been able to gain a great deal of knowledge in many facets of the business. I have managed all the maintenance needs on $ 13 million in rental or investment properties as well as supporting realtors with pre and post-sale maintenance needs or home inspection issues that need to be addressed.

I work hard to build strong working and ethical relationships with my customers. I try to be very open-minded and allow customers to be heard and I want all my customers to stay involved. I am very up-front, honest, and direct with everything I do.

I moved to Wilmington NC at the End of 2023 with my dog Matteo to be closer to the water for fishing, allow my dog to play on the beach, and to enjoy a more comfortable winter. Of course. To build a nice little business for myself and hope to meet great people. I want to build strong relationships with homeowners, realtors, and good property managers in Wilmington and surrounding areas. My goal is to establish a fun relationship with my customers and for my customers to know that they can trust me and depend on me.

We met Scott from a realtor. We had Scott complete multiple projects for us. He built a 2,000 sf basement from scratch, handled all technical aspects with the building departments from start to end. He built a 20 x 20 workshop in our barn, installed screen doors on our house, and worked with our son with adding new traditional exterior doors and a french on their home. Scott has stood behind his work and we were sad to hear he was moving to Wilmington.
